We provide everything you need to make your home clean.

We can schedule a non-rotating service that cleans your entire home from floor to ceiling, or we can customize the service on a rotating basis to reach only the space that fits your needs and budget.

Discounts are available for realtors and those who sign up for regular weekly or bi-weekly cleanings.

Our Standard Residential Cleaning

All rooms:

• Cleaning underneath the cushions (pet hair removal on couch exterior not included)
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and stairs, including all edges
• Clean underneath area rugs
• Remove cobwebs
• Dust blinds, windowsills, lamps, light fixtures, furniture, and woodwork
• Dust picture frames, knickknacks, shelves, and baseboards within reach
• Dust/wash and mop all hard floors
• Empty and clean ashtrays and wastebaskets and replace trash bags
• Dispose of all trash
• Clean glass surfaces such as mirrors and pictures
• Make beds and replace linens if needed
• Dust the baseboards
• Light switch cleaning

Kitchens:

• Clean and sanitize cupboard fronts, tables, and chairs
• Light cleaning the outside of the cabinets within reach
• Clean, scrub, and sanitize sinks and faucets
• Clean and sanitize countertops and backsplashes
• Clean range top, under stove top, drip pans, burner grates, and control knobs
• Clean, dry, and shine all appliance surfaces and range hood cover
• Clean refrigerator top and exterior
• Clean microwave oven inside and out, including turntable
• Dust blinds, windowsills, lamps, light fixtures, furniture, and woodwork
• Dust picture frames, knickknacks, shelves, and baseboards within reach
• Wash and/or mop floor

Oven cleaning is available for an additional charge. Refrigerator interior cleaning (including freezer) is available for additional charge depending on level of soiling.

Bathroom:

• Clean, scrub, and sanitize showers, bathtubs and sinks
• Clean and sanitize vanities and backsplashes
• Clean and sanitize toilets including bowl, seat, lid, tank, and base
• Clean mirrors
• Polish chrome
• Scrub floors and tile walls
• Deodorize
• Sanitize cabinet fronts
